SEB Life Ukraine - advising on transfer of the insurance portfolio to insurance company Aegon Life Ukraine

Insurance Company SEB Life Ukraine, a Ukrainian subsidiary of Swedish-based SEB Group, has signed an agreement on transferring its insurance portfolio to Insurance Company Aegon Life Ukraine, a Ukrainian subsidiary of Netherland-based Aegon Group N.V. Following the transfer, the Insurance Company SEB Life Ukraine will withdraw from the life insurance market in Ukraine.
