Product liability dispute

Representing a German automobile manufacturer in a product liability dispute for a total of 22 million Euros of actual and moral damages sought by the plaintiff as a remedy for injuries suffered as a result of a traffic accident. The proceedings embodied highly specific technical issues requiring thorough work with experts and special procedural actions. The claims of the plaintiff were fully dismissed by the decision of the court of first instance which was subsequently confirmed by the court of appeals and the Supreme Court of Ukraine.
