Africa-Israel Investments – updating its listing information on TASE

Africa-Israel Investments Ltd. submitted its shelf prospectus to the Tel Aviv Stock Exchange (TASE) and the Israeli Securities Authority. Africa-Israel is a major international development and investment group of companies. Its current market cap at the TASE exceeds NIS 2.6 billion.

Vasil Kisil & Partners acted as a legal council to Africa-Israel on all Ukrainian law matters related to collecting information for composing the submission prospectus and the due diligence of Ukrainian subsidiary companies and their assets, which comprise six Ukrainian companies and two development projects at various stages.

Vasil Kisil & Partners advised on the companies' good standing, acquisition and registration of land and property titles, corporate holding structure, regulatory and other matters and issued a legal opinion on the above.
