On October 15, 2014, the fourth Ukrainian IBuild Ukraine Awards 2014 were officially launched in order to determine the leaders of the Ukrainian construction industry. Organized by the Confederation of Builders of Ukraine (CBU) and LIGABusinessInform news agency this competition ensures its transparency by engaging a number of legal partners, including Vasil Kisil & Partners law firm.

“This year we are pleased to have been invited by the organizers of IBuild Ukraine to ensure the transparency of these awards. We believe that this recognition is the most iconic on the construction and real estate market. The winners of IBuild Ukraine-2014 shall be determined by both known industry experts sitting on the award expert panel and LIGA.net visitors who are going to vote on-line on the IBuild Ukraine-2014 page.

IBuild Ukraine-2014 Judging Panel is formed by CBU and features competent market participants and journalists specializing in real estate who are going to vote and chose winners by filling out a scorecard and sending it to the organizers. This voting takes place from 10 to 18 of November 2014 as follows: each expert identifies one winner among all the nominees in each category. LIGA.net visitors can vote on-line and select IBuild Ukraine-2014 Awards winners by visiting a special page of the portal from October 15 to 18, 2014.

The final results are determined 50/50 by on-line voters and the expert panel.

IBuild Ukraine Awards winners are selected in the following 8 categories:

• Developer of the year
• Best low-rise gated community
• Reliable developer
• Best housing complex
• Best retail centre
• Top-manager of the construction market
• Best suburban housing complex of the year
• Financial partner of the construction market

In addition, in 2014, IBuild Ukraine Awards Adjudicators and LІGA.net visitors will identify industry leaders in 3 special award categories: General Contractor of the Year, Best Manufacturer of Construction Materials and Architectural Studio of the Year.

Organizers of IBuild Ukraine-2014 Awards shall announce the winners on December 17, 2014 during a grand celebration that is going to gather all nominees, main construction companies and real estate market players, as well as public sector and media representatives.
