Vasil Kisil & Partners Law Firm was included in the top ten companies "worthy of attention"; a rating compiled by the influential business publication "Companion" for its traditional annual review entitled "Companies that inspire." Editorial staff notes firm's 'unique corporate culture and practice of continuous improvement and learning, which are passed on to the next generation'.

Here is what Natalia Kryvda, Director of academic programs at Edinburgh Business School Ukraine had to say about the firm: “Vasil Kisil & Partners is one of the first private law firms in the country that has done so much to shape this market. It has created a unique corporate culture and practice of continuous improvement and learning that is devolved to the next generation. I sincerely admire that Oleg Makarov, the managing partner and one of the leading lawyers in the country, finds the time to undertake one of the most complicated British business courses, and most importantly, applies the knowledge he gains in managing the firm, developing their employees, building new relationships and values. This company is one of the very few in the country that brings to life the social responsibility towards the younger generation, supporting the activities of the Students League through their Scholarship Competition, training, and also by regularly taking on interns and showing them the ropes of the legal business in a truly meaningful way, allowing them to see and feel the mission of a lawyer in our society, the value of the individual and the possibility of success through honest work. This really does inspire”.

The results of the study published in the traditional edition "Companies that inspire" reflect the rating of Ukrainian companies that inspire partners, competitors, and business colleagues and they are published in the October issue of "Companion". For several months magazine's editorial staff has been following active market players marking the ones that stood out due to something significant and/or innovative. The study has compiled two lists: "10 companies that inspire" and "10 worthy of attention”.
