Vasil Kisil and Partners advised Russian bank Open Joint-Stock Company Promsvyazbank on Ukrainian law matters in relation to entry into the agreement on counter-guarantee in the amount of GBP 1,500,000for the benefit of Raiffeisen Bank International AG, with a Ukrainian company – principal under the agreement. Services rendered in the course of the project included review of the transaction documents and issuance of legal opinion in favour of the bank.
