Ivan Yurchenko Receives Best Contributor Award from YURIST & ZAKON Weekly

On February 29, 2012, LIGA Business Center hosted a traditional annual ceremony of Best Contributors Award organized by the YURIST & ZAKON weekly.

Based on the 2011 results, weekly’s 10 permanent contributors were awarded personalized plaques as an expression of gratitude from the YURIST & ZAKON weekly and LIGA:ZAKON for their practically valuable materials. Each of the awarded contributors has written more than a dozen publications that have received the highest praise from the readers and are serving as a guide for action or as a springboard for important discussions.
 
Award winners included Ivan Yurchenko, Senior Associate with Vasil Kisil & Partners Law Firm, a recognized tax law expert whose articles regularly cover important issues related to tax and customs regulation. Mr. Yurchenko’s publication “New Powers Granted to Tax Officers, or State Tax Service Unlimited” released in early 2011, helped many readers comprehend and adapt to the recent methods employed by tax authorities in their operations.
